Counter-Notification in the Event That Your Content Was Eliminated

You can submit a counter-notification if you think that your content was inadvertently deleted as a result of a DMCA complaint. Your counter-notice needs to contain:

  • identifying the removed material and where it was before removal.
  • a declaration under penalty of perjury stating that you believe the content was removed in error.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address are your contact details.
  • a declaration indicating your acceptance of the federal court’s jurisdiction in your district and your willingness to accept process from the original complaint’s filer.
  • Your signature, either digital or tangible.

Repeat offenders

Users who repeatedly violate copyright laws may have their accounts terminated by jobspkup.xyz.
